Letran Partners with Techedify to Equip Students with Industry-Ready AI Skills

Colegio de San Juan de Letran officially entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Techedify, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at equipping Letranites with innovative and in-demand skills in the rapidly growing field of artificial intelligence.
Representing Letran during the ceremonial signing were Prof. Danilo Villena, Ph.D., Vice President for Academic Affairs; Ms. Geraldine C. Lagmay, MBIED, LPT, Senior High School Principal; Mr. Christian A. Reyes, MBA, TVL Learning Area Coordinator; and Asst. Prof. Louie Ian B. Mariano, Director of the Research and Publication Department. They were joined by Mr. Jayver Zignapan, Knowledge-Technology Transfer and Continuing Education Coordinator, and Mr. Dominic Sarip, Research Coordinator.
Present on behalf of Techedify were Ms. Shamane Tripolca, Head of Operations (Philippines), and Mr. Sammuel Sanclaria, Senior Software Engineer.
The agreement highlights both institutions’ shared commitment to advancing digital literacy and innovation through the introduction of specialized micro-credential programs focused on Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). These programs are designed specifically for Senior High School students, ensuring they are equipped with industry-relevant competencies and prepared for future technological demands.
This collaboration further strengthens the Colegio’s initiatives to integrate academic excellence with industry-recognized certifications, reinforcing its mission to prepare students for lifelong learning and professional advancement.
