The Research Publication Department successfully conducted Day 1 of the 14th Likhang Arriba: The Student Research Colloquium 2026 last April 17, 2026, bringing together outstanding student researchers from the Junior High School, Senior High School, and Collegiate Departments in a dynamic exchange of ideas and innovation.

Anchored on the theme “Bridging Innovation, Sustainability, and Global Engagement Through Research,” the colloquium highlighted the vital role of research in addressing real-world challenges while promoting sustainable and globally relevant solutions. The event also reinforced the principles of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in advancing quality education, innovation, and collaborative partnerships.

The program featured an insightful keynote address from Asst. Prof. Melvin E. Bernardino, RND, MSCN, whose expertise and perspectives inspired students to pursue meaningful, impactful, and socially responsive research endeavors.
