PLANNING , QUALITY AND ACCREDITATION DEPARTMENT
The Planning, Quality, and Accreditation Department functions as the primary support to the Rector and President in developing and executing the Colegio’s strategic plans. The department conducts regular performance reviews, identifies strengths and areas for improvement, and provides actionable recommendations.
In addition to strategic planning and evaluation, the department leads Quality Management initiatives, ensuring compliance with 7S standards, facilitating customer feedback, driving process review and improvement projects, and conducting studies to support informed planning and decision-making.
