The Information Technology Services Department (ITSD) at Colegio de San Juan de Letran delivers critical support to students, faculty, and alumni. Its key services include:
- Enrollment System: The Letran Integrated Enterprise Management System (LIEM) facilitates student enrollment, adjustments, withdrawals, and grade management.
- Internet Research Laboratory: A modern computer lab with high-speed internet (8Mbps, increasing by 2Mbps annually) for comprehensive online research.
- Computer Laboratories: Ten labs across the campus, including those dedicated to high school and grade school, equipped with the latest technology.
- WIFI Access: Wireless internet available campus-wide, including in dormitories, for seamless access to academic resources.
- Email Services: Provides students with email accounts for communication with faculty and peers.
- Student’s Academic Portal (DotLetran): Offers access to academic records, including grades and class schedules.
- Letran Website: Features information about the Colegio’s history, mission, admission policies, and institutional objectives.
