The Human Resources Department is responsible for planning, directing, implementing, and coordinating the campus's human resource management activities. Its primary objective is to optimize the strategic use of human resources by overseeing functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance. The department focuses on attracting, employing, and retaining highly qualified, service-oriented, and performance-driven employees.
Additionally, it manages programs aimed at enhancing job performance and employee development, ensures a safe working environment, and fosters a positive and cooperative labor relations atmosphere.
