The Colegio’s employees worked together to maintain a quality workplace during the “Linis Arriba: Pagkukumpuni at Pagsasaayos ng Opisina”, a red-tagging event held last May 16 – 20.
An effort by the Quality Advocates in the Culture Building Team of the Total Quality Management Program, in collaboration with the Finance and Resources Office, and Engineering Building, and Grounds Office, Linis Arriba called for materials, furniture, and supplies that weren’t needed in the workplace anymore.
The sort process, called ‘red tagging’, requires the employees to identify items for disposal, for recycling, and for storage.
The Salon de Actos was used as the central holding room for all the ‘red tagged’ items that every office in the Colegio surrendered or gave.
Each office is encouraged to continue the practice of ‘red-tagging’, and ensure that the workplace is kept clean and orderly.
The Colegio, for years now, has been fully committed to provide quality service to its stakeholders, exerting much effort in the TQM program as one of its means to achieve that goal of quality.
