Gonzales nails a perfect score in SASMO 2017

Andres Rico Gonzales III takes the international stage by storm yet again, achieving a perfect score in the Singapore and Asian Schools Math Olympiad (SASMO) 2017.
Gonzales was one of the two Filipinos who earned that high honor in the Secondary 3 (Grade 9) level.
The contest drew in 22, 000 contestants from 19 countries.
The achievement qualified Gonzales to take part in the Singapore International Math Olympiad Challenge in July and the International Junior Math Olympiad the following month.
Gonzales is now new to international competitions. He won a gold medal in SASMO 2015 and, just recently, won a silver medal in the International Mathematics Assessments for Schools, among other achievements of similar degree.
