Student - The information we collect about you is necessary to carry out the educational services and other academic-related activities such as including but not limited to:

Employee – The information we collect about you is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations to you. Processing of your personal information such as including but not limited to:

  1. To generate identification cards
  2. For medical record
  3. To process payroll and remuneration
  4. For HRIS enrollment
  5. For ranking and promotion
  6. To process claims and other government-mandated benefits
  7. Information dissemination including the distribution of announcements, memorandums, and the like

Website Visitor – The information we collect using our website is mainly for User Interface customization and security logs. We do not use or process any cookie information stored in your device.

How do we store your information?

We store your personal data on our premises. All paper-based document containing your personal information is kept in a secured area while database servers used to store your personal information in digital format is secured and encrypted. This information can only be accessed by authorized Colegio personnel.

We will make sure that all your personal data you provide to us is protected from possible threats both online and offline. Organizational, technical, and physical security measures are in place to guarantee that your data is kept safe and secure.

How long do we keep hold of your information?

In general, we agree to the following schedule for retention of your personal information:

  1. Applicants - 1 year
  2. Employees - 3 years from separation
  3. Students - we will keep your personal data or academic records in perpetuity unless otherwise provided by law or by the policy of the Colegio.

Other personal data is kept and properly archived for historical and statistical purposes.

What are my Data Privacy Rights?

In accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may access your personal information, and/or have it corrected, deleted, or blocked. You may also object to the processing of your personal information. We fully recognize the these rights with your personal data.
