 ADMISSIONS  PROCESS

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  1. Fill out the Application Form: Complete the form online at www.letran.edu.ph/admission.
  2. Submit Initial Admission Requirements Online: Upload the following documents:
    • One (1) 2” x 2” recent picture with white background
    • Photocopy of Latest School I.D.
    • Copy of Report Card:
      • Kinder Report Card (for incoming Grade 1)
      • Complete Grade 5 Report Card (for incoming Grade 7)
  3. Slot Reservation: Applicants will receive approval via text and email, along with the payment instructions for the slot reservation. This also decides the class section, which is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that section changes will not be allowed.
  4. Enrollment: Check the enrollment schedule and requirements after reservation. We recommend heading to the Admissions Office for a quick, one-day enrollment process.

NOTE: Please note that you may only proceed to enrollment once paid the reservation fee and has been issued of the official student number.

2. Issuance of the official Student Number and Letran Email. Admissions Office Processing/Reservation Fees
  • Old Student - 1, 000 PHP
  • New Student - 3,000 PHP
  • Transferees – 5,000 PHP
Note: Reservation fee is non- refundable but deductible from total fees.

 SCHOLARSHIPS   AND OTHER DISCOUNTS:

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM/DISCOUNTS ELIGIBILITY TUITION FEE DISCOUNT
  • RECTOR’S SCHOLARSHIP
  • Incoming Grade 7 who obtained the “with highest honors” rank are automatically qualified in the program, with no further need to take the qualifying examinations.
100% discount on all fees except for selected miscellaneous and supplementary fees.
  • HONOR ROLL AND ACADEMIC DISCOUNT
  • To qualify, students must have a minimum General Weighted Average (GWA) of 90 (whole number) with no grades below 88 in all subjects for all quarters of the entire academic year.
  • The conduct grade must be at least 85.
A 75% tuition fee discount will be granted to the top 1 student per grade level who achieves a GWA within the 98-100 grade bracket.
  • SIBLINGS DISCOUNT
  • For siblings concurrently enrolled at the Colegio.
Discounts apply to tuition fees based on the number of siblings enrolled.
