• Applicants must complete the LetPASS application form at https://letpass.letran.edu.ph and pass the exam.
• Must pass the scholarship exam administered by the GCTAP.
• A student is considered financially in need if neither their parents nor guardians can fully support their college education. This is determined through a certified statement of annual income, as assessed by the Financial Affairs Division.
• The applicant must have good academic standing, with no grade below 80% and a weighted average (WA) of at least 83%.
• The applicant must demonstrate good moral character and integrity, as certified by their former principal, guidance counselor, or parish priest/pastor.
• Must have no derogatory records from the local police or barangay.
• Must be physically fit for work, as certified by a licensed physician.
• Screened by the DSA for a positive work attitude and ethics.

• Student Assistants (SAs) receive a 100% discount on tuition and miscellaneous fees for up to 21 units across all programs. Supplemental fees are not covered and must be paid by the student. If an SA enrolls in more than 21 units, they must pay for the extra units or complete additional service for the Colegio during semester or summer breaks.

Conditions/Requirements

1. Student Assistants must complete 20 duty hours per week, covering 15 to 21 enrolled units.
2. To enroll in more than 21 units, SAs must submit a request letter to the DSA for approval.
3. The Vice President for Financial Affairs will set additional service hours required during semester/summer breaks.
   • Each service hour has a monetary value.
   • If service hours don’t fully cover the granted discount, SAs must pay the remaining balance at semester’s end.
4. Service hours are recorded in the Biometrics System and Departmental Logbook.

1. Be at least 13-18 years of age for high school and 16-23 years of age for college
2. Be physically and psychologically fit to play
3. Pass the entrance examination, both academic and psychological as administered by the Admissions Office
4. Be of good moral character and has never been subjected to any disciplinary action
5. Must pass the try-outs administered by the coaches
6. Must pass all academic subjects/courses of previous school year

• Team A athletes: May enjoy zero payment on all fees-except selected supplemental fees and various fees which are course/subject related; 100% discount on tuition fees-except for selected miscellaneous, supplemental and course/subject related various fees
• Team B athletes are given a 50% discount on tuition fees only.
