IMPORTANT NOTE:

Fill out the Application Form: Complete the form online at www.letran.edu.ph/admission.
Submit Initial Admission Requirements Online: Upload the following documents:
- One (1) 2” x 2” recent picture with white background
- Photocopy of Latest School I.D.
- Copy of Report Card:
Slot Reservation: Applicants will receive approval via text and email, along with the payment instructions for the slot reservation. This also decides the class section, which is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that changing of block section will not be allowed.
Enrollment: Check the enrollment schedule and requirements after reservation. We recommend heading to the Admissions Office for a quick, one-day enrollment process.

RECTOR’S SCHOLARSHIP	Incoming freshman college who obtained the “with highest honors” rank are automatically qualified in the program, with no further need to take the qualifying examinations.	100% discount on all fees except for selected miscellaneous and supplementary fees.
Blessed Jesus Villaverde Andres Academic Scholarship	Open to incoming college freshmen who have achieved at least a 90% GWA during their Grade 11. SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM/DISCOUNTS	ELIGIBILITY	BENEFITS AND PRIVILEGES
SAN JUAN MACIAS STUDENT ASSISTANTSHIP To apply, email the department of student affairs at studentaffairs@letran.edu.ph	Applicants must complete the LetPASS application form at https://letpass.letran.edu.ph and pass the exam. Must pass the scholarship exam administered by the GCTAP. A student is considered financially in need if neither their parents nor guardians can fully support their college education. This is determined through a certified statement of annual income, as assessed by the Financial Affairs Division. The applicant must have good academic standing, with no grade below 80% and a weighted average (WA) of at least 83%. The applicant must demonstrate good moral character and integrity, as certified by their former principal, guidance counselor, or parish priest/pastor. Must have no derogatory records from the local police or barangay. Must be physically fit for work, as certified by a licensed physician. Screened by the DSA for a positive work attitude and ethics.	Student Assistants (SAs) receive a 100% discount on tuition and miscellaneous fees for up to 21 units across all programs. Supplemental fees are not covered and must be paid by the student. If an SA enrolls in more than 21 units, they must pay for the extra units or complete additional service for the Colegio during semester or summer breaks. Conditions/Requirements Student Assistants must complete 20 duty hours per week, covering 15 to 21 enrolled units. To enroll in more than 21 units, SAs must submit a request letter to the DSA for approval. The Vice President for Financial Affairs will set additional service hours required during semester/summer breaks. Each service hour has a monetary value. If service hours don’t fully cover the granted discount, SAs must pay the remaining balance at semester’s end. Service hours are recorded in the Biometrics System and Departmental Logbook.

DEAN'S LIST	The minimum GWA must be 92 with no grades below 88 in the preceding semester. The academic performance of the student in the previous semesters and AY will not affect in any way his/her qualification for the immediately preceding semester.	Only the top student per level per program whose GWA within the grades average bracket set by the Scholarship Committee can be given corresponding discounts: 75% tuition fee discount (98-100 GWA). 50% tuition fee discount (95-97 GWA) 40% tuition fee discount (92-94 GWA) Qualified students for tuition fee discount can avail the prescribed discounts on his/her enrollment for the immediately succeeding semester.
